Common use of Association Days Clause in Contracts

Association Days. Beginning July 1 each year, the Association shall be credited with a total of five (5) days to be used by Association officers or its agents, such use to be at the discretion of the Association except to extend a vacation period, holiday, or between August 15 and September 15 or May 15 and June 15 of each year. The Association agrees to notify the District in writing, no less than forty-eight (48) hours of the date for intended use of said leave. Days shall be non-accumulative.
