Association and Class Actions Clause Samples

The Association and Class Actions clause restricts parties from joining together in group lawsuits or class actions against the other party. In practice, this means that any disputes must be resolved on an individual basis, and claimants cannot combine their claims with others or represent a larger group in legal proceedings. This clause primarily serves to limit the legal exposure of a party by preventing large-scale litigation, ensuring that disputes are handled individually and reducing the risk of costly, collective legal actions.
