Association Activities. A. The Association and/or its representatives shall have the right to use the school facilities at reasonable hours for meetings, provided that advance approval has been obtained from the Superintendent or his/her designee at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled meeting. Association Activities. A. Section 1 Special conferences for important matters will be arranged between the Association president and the designated representative of the Employer upon request of either party. Any such complaint not called to the attention of the Association or his/her designee is mutually scheduled, during working hours, to participate bargaining unit member may not be used as the basis for disciplinary action against such member and shall not be placed in conferences, meetings or negotiations, he/she shall suffer no loss of paythe member's personnel file.
G. Association Activities. A. 4-1 The Association and/or school trustees hereby agree that every certified administrator of the school district shall have the right to freely join the association for the purpose of supporting the cause of education and welfare of the administrators, and shall not in any manner interfere or discourage nor allow any of its employees to interfere with such activity.
4-2 The school trustees will not discharge, dismiss, or discriminate against any administrator by reason of his membership in the association or his participation in any grievance.
4-3 The association, along with other employee associations, shall be allowed time for meetings after the completion of the first general session of all employees, at the beginning of each school year.
4-4 The association agrees that all of its activities will be conducted so as not to interfere with regular duties and obligations. This will not be construed so as to prevent administrators from participating in the fact finding process of the Local Government Employee-Management Relations Act.
4-5 The association shall have the right to place, in a reasonable manner, appropriately identified notices, circular and other materials on school faculty bulletin boards and in the administrators= mail boxes.

Association Activities. A. The Association and/or and its representatives shall have the right to use the school facilities Board buildings at all reasonable hours for meetings, provided that advance approval has been obtained from meetings which do not interfere with the Superintendent or his/her designee at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to assigned functions of the scheduled meetingregular program. No charge shall be made for use of schoolrooms during school days from the hours of 7:00 a.m. buildings prior to 10:00 p.m. Outside said hours, the District may make a charge for use beginning of the facilities. The Board may also charge work day nor until 10 p.m. during the Association for special custodial services when necessaryschool year, damages to District equipment, facilities, and other properties attributable to such usenor until 3 p.m. during the summer.
B. The Association shall be permitted to transact official Association business on school Board property at all reasonable times, provided that it shall not interfere with, or interrupt interrupt, normal operations.
C. Bulletin Staff bulletin boards and other established internal communications media of communication shall be made available to the Association and its members.
D. The Association members shall have the right to distribute Association material to other Bargaining Unit Members as so long as such distribution does not interfere in the normal operation of the work area of his/her or herlhis job performance.
E. The Association members shall have the privilege of using school facilities and be permitted to use Board equipment, including typewriters, mimeographing mimeograph machines, other duplicating equipmentmachines, copying machines, calculating machines and machines, audio-visual items, fax machines, and computers when such equipment at reasonable times (as determined by the Superintendent or his/her designee)is not otherwise in use. The Association shall pay take care to use the most economical equipment necessary for the cost of all materials, supplies, and repairs incidental task to such usebe done.
F. Whenever the President Release time shall be granted without loss of pay to the Association or his/her designee is mutually scheduled, during for members to handle Association business that cannot be completed after working hours, to participate in conferences, meetings or negotiations, he/she shall suffer no loss of pay.
G. The Board agrees to provide the Association within five (5) days, in response to written requests to the Superintendent, with such public information as is available concerning the financial resources of the District and information related to the Bargaining Unit as may be necessary to assist the Association to bargain collectively with the school with respect to wages, hours and other terms and conditions of employment. The Association agrees that it may be required to provide assistance in compilation of some of the data. Original records shall be examined only at the office where they are kept. The Association will pay the actual cost of producing the data.
H. At the beginning of every school year, the Association shall be credited with seven (7) days to be used by Bargaining Unit members who are officers or designated representatives of the Association. The Association shall be credited with an additional five (5) days the last year of the contract. The Association agrees to notify the Board or its agents no less than forty-eight (48) hours in advance of taking such leave1. No more than ten (10) days per year may be granted.
2. The request for such days must be submitted to the Superintendent/designee at least 48 hours prior to the day.
3. The requests will be reviewed by the Superintendent/designee for appropriateness before being granted.
▇. ▇▇ assistant, required as an essential witness in a grievance during the school day, shall be released from herlhis regular duties without loss of pay, provided that the Superintendent/designee or appropriate administrator has requested that such a grievance meeting be held during the school day.
H. Assistants shall be released from their regular duties without loss of pay to meet with the MERe or Arbitrator, provided that their presence is essential to such proceedings. Association Activities. A. 4-1 The Association and/or school trustees hereby agree that every certified administrator of the school district shall have the right to freely join the association for the purpose of supporting the cause of education and welfare of the administrators, and shall not in any manner interfere or discourage nor allow any of its employees to interfere with such activity.
4-2 The school trustees will not discharge, dismiss, or discriminate against any administrator by reason of his membership in the association or his participation in any grievance.
4-3 The association, along with other employee associations, shall be allowed time for meetings after the completion of the first general session of all employees, at the beginning of each school year.
4-4 The association agrees that all of its activities will be conducted so as not to interfere with regular duties and obligations. This will not be construed so as to prevent administrators from participating in the fact finding process of the Local Government Employee- Management Relations Act.
4-5 The association shall have the right to place, in a reasonable manner, appropriately identified notices, circular and other materials on school faculty bulletin boards and in the administrators’ mail boxes.
