Assistant Treasurer. An Assistant Treasurer, or if there shall be more than one, the Assistant Treasurers in the order determined by the Trustees (or if there be no such determination, then in the order of their election), shall, upon proper delegation from the Treasurer or in the absence of the Treasurer or in the event of his or her inability or refusal to act, perform the duties of the Treasurer, and when so acting, shall have all the powers of and be subject to all the restrictions upon the Treasurer. The Assistant Treasurer(s) shall have such other powers and duties as may be prescribed by the Board of Trustees or these Bylaws.
