Assistance of the Executive. Upon request and without further compensation therefor, but at no expense to the Executive, the Executive will do all lawful acts, including but not limited to, the execution of papers and lawful oaths and the giving of testimony, that in the opinion of the Company, may be necessary or desirable in obtaining, sustaining, reissuing, extending and enforcing United States and foreign copyrights and Letters Patent, including but not limited to, design patents, on the Developments, and for perfecting, affirming and recording the Company's complete ownership and title thereto, and to cooperate otherwise in all proceedings and matters relating thereto.

  • Successor to the Executive This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by the Executive’s personal representatives, executors, administrators, heirs, distributees, devisees and legatees. In the event of the Executive’s death after his termination of employment but prior to the completion by the Company of all payments due him under this Agreement, the Company shall continue such payments to the Executive’s beneficiary designated in writing to the Company prior to his death (or to his estate, if the Executive fails to make such designation).

  • Acceptance of Employment The Adviser hereby accepts such employment and agrees during the term hereof to render the services described herein for the compensation provided herein, subject to the limitations contained herein.
