Assistance by ProjectCo Sample Clauses

Assistance by ProjectCo. 5.2.1 The Parties acknowledge and agree that Developer may, from time to time, require the assistance of ProjectCo to perform Development Services. 5.2.2 ProjectCo shall provide Developer free of charge any reasonable assistance that Developer requests in writing to facilitate the provision of the Development Services. 5.2.3 Developer is not required to provide Development Services to the extent that ProjectCo does not provide the assistance referred to in this clause 5.2.
