Assignments of Leases. Borrower shall have executed and --------------------- delivered to Lender the Assignment of Leases - Borrower and Operator shall have executed and delivered to Lender the Assignment of Leases - Operator and the Assignments of Leases shall have been filed of record in the appropriate filing offices in the jurisdiction in which the Facility is located or irrevocably delivered to a title agent for such recordation.
Assignments of Leases. Assignments of all Real Property Leases and Personal Property Leases;
Assignments of Leases. Any assignment of any interest pursuant to this Agreement by and between the parties hereto shall be made with a special warranty of title by through and under the assignor, but not otherwise and on the form attached hereto as Exhibit "C" which shall be for recording in the official records of the county in which the Lease lies. Where applicable, separate assignments of operating rights shall likewise be made on such State and Federal forms as required by rule or regulation. Any assignment hereafter executed shall specifically refer to, and be made subject to, the terms and conditions hereof.
Assignments of Leases. The Assignments of Contracts, Rents, Agreements and Leases of even date herewith, executed by Owners in favor of Lender on the Properties.

Use all commercially reasonable efforts to effectuate the due execution and delivery of Assignments of Leases in respect of any real property leased by the Borrower or any Subsidiary and used in the transmission or broadcasting of radio signals by any of the Stations (except that the Forestry Service License shall not be assigned pursuant to an Assignment of Leases or any other agreement) and related Landlord's Consent within 180 days of the Closing Date or if later, the date of entering into or acquisition of such lease. Upon execution, the Borrower shall furnish any (i) Assignments of Leases, executed and delivered by a duly authorized officer of the Borrower, and (ii) Landlords Consents, executed and delivered by duly authorized representatives of the parties thereto, to the Agent, with a conformed copy for each Lender.
Assignments of Leases. Two (2) fully executed originals of the Assignment of Leases for each Project, each executed by Transferor and the applicable Property Owning Entity;
Assignments of Leases. Owner agrees to reimburse Manager for any attorney fees incurred in conjunction with the processing and documentation of any requested assignment or sublease of any lease (which fees may or may not be recovered by Owner from the Party requesting such assignment). Any costs for attorneys’ fees in conjunction with this Section shall be the expense of Owner.
Assignments of Leases. Assignments to Lender, for collateral purposes, of all leases of Borrower for any of Borrower's places of business or leased locations where Collateral is located, other than locations where the Alliance Senior Collateral is located.
