Assignments by the Pledgee Sample Clauses

Assignments by the Pledgee. The Pledgee shall be entitled to freely assign or transfer its rights and/or obligations (or any part thereof) under this Agreement to any acquirer of its rights and/or obligations (or any part thereof) under the Purchase Agreement. Such assignments or transfer by the Pledgee under this Agreement shall not be construed as a termination of the Security created pursuant to this Agreement or any of the obligations of the Pledgors under this Agreement. The Pledgors hereby confirm that, for the purposes of Article 388(2) of the Civil Code, the identity of the Pledgee as creditor of the Pledgors has no significance for the Pledgors.
