Assignment Rights. THE CONTRACTOR has the right to assign or transfer all or part of its interest, rights and obligations under this Agreement, prior written authorization by ▇▇▇, to another person or company with the financial capacity, the technical competence, the professional skills and the legal capacity required to act in Colombia.
