ASSIGNMENT OF TASKS. The supervisor assigned to the contract shall assure that all tasks necessary for satisfactory performance on the contract are assigned to appropriate production employees, and that each employee understands the expectation of the contract.

ASSIGNMENT OF TASKS. On signing this Contract, the EMPLOYEE recognize the right and prerogative of the EMPLOYER to, without limitation, assign and reassign him/her to perform such other tasks within the organization of the EMPLOYER, in other branches/units, wherever located as it may deem necessary and beneficial.
ASSIGNMENT OF TASKS. The extra work for the catering or after-hours event takes place outside of the normal breakfast and lunch schedule. Management reserves the right to assign some preparation tasks to Food Service workers as part of their regular work day assignment.   • Assignment of Rights Borrower acknowledges and understands that Agent or Lender may, subject to Section 11.7, sell and assign all or part of its interest hereunder and under the Loan Documents to any Person or entity (an “Assignee”). Any transferee shall enter into an agreement directly with the Landlord covenanting to be bound by all of the Tenant’s obligations hereunder to the extent applicable to it. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Section 10.01 or anything else contained herein, so long as Tenant is not then in default under this Lease beyond any applicable curative period provided for in this Lease, Tenant shall have the right, without the consent of Landlord, but otherwise in accordance with the requirements of this Lease, including without limitation, the obligation of any transferee to enter into an agreement directly with the Landlord covenanting to be bound by all of the Tenant’s obligations hereunder to the extent applicable, to assign this Lease and/or sublease the whole or part of the Premises to:

  • Assignment and Succession The rights and obligations of Company under this Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon its respective successors and assigns, and Executive’s rights and obligations hereunder shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon his Designated Successors. Executive may not assign any obligations or responsibilities he has under this Agreement.
