Assignment of Lease. Except with the prior written consent of Lessor, which consent will not be withheld unreasonably, Lessee must neither transfer nor assign this Lease or any rights hereunder, nor sublet the property or any portion of the property thereof, nor grant any interest, privilege or license whatsoever in connection with this Lease.
