Assignment of Evaluators. a. Not later than September 30 of each year, or in the case of a new educator, within thirty (30) days of the first day worked, each educator shall be notified in writing of the name and position of their evaluator(s). If the evaluator(s) need to be changed, educators will be notified in writing. b. An educator reassigned after the beginning of the work year shall be notified by the evaluator of the evaluation procedures in effect. Such written notification shall be within two (2) weeks of the first day in a new assignment.
