Common use of ASSIGNMENT OF DEBTS Clause in Contracts

ASSIGNMENT OF DEBTS. 23 Unless this Contract is followed without interruption by another Contract between the Parties hereto 24 for the same services and substantially the same scope, at the termination of this Contract, 25 CONTRACTOR shall assign to COUNTY any debts owed to CONTRACTOR by or on behalf of 26 persons receiving services pursuant to this Contract. CONTRACTOR shall immediately notify by mail 27 each of the relevant Parties, specifying the date of assignment, the County of Orange as assignee, and 28 the address to which payments are to be sent. Payments received by CONTRACTOR from or on behalf 29 of said persons, shall be immediately given to COUNTY. 30 32 A. COMPLIANCE PROGRAM - ADMINISTRATOR has established certain policies and 33 procedures regarding a Compliance Program and Code of Conduct, and offers Annual Provider 34 Trainings (together, “Compliance Program”) for the purpose of ensuring adherence to all rules and 35 regulations related to federal and state homeless service and employment programs. 36 // 37 // 1 1. ADMINISTRATOR shall provide CONTRACTOR a copy of the policies and procedures 2 relating to ADMINISTRATOR’s Compliance Program for CONTRACTOR to implement and comply 3 with in relation to Covered Individuals performing services under this Contract. 4 2.
