Assignment of CUSIPS Clause Samples

Assignment of CUSIPS for any Bonds in the Commercial Paper Mode, to assign CUSIP numbers to such Bonds on each Rate Determination Date as provided in Section 2.05. The Tender Agent shall be entitled to the protections, indemnities, immunities and limitations from liability afforded the Trustee hereunder in the performance of its duties.
