Assignment by Maha-Metro Sample Clauses

The 'Assignment by Maha-Metro' clause defines the right of Maha-Metro to transfer its rights and obligations under the contract to another party. Typically, this clause allows Maha-Metro to assign the contract without needing the contractor's consent, which may apply in cases such as government restructuring, project financing, or transferring operations to a subsidiary or third party. Its core practical function is to provide Maha-Metro with flexibility in managing contractual relationships and project delivery, ensuring that operational or administrative changes do not hinder the progress or enforcement of the contract.
