Common use of Assignment by Lenders Clause in Contracts

Assignment by Lenders. The Subordinated Creditor acknowledges and agrees that each of the Senior Lenders shall have the right to assign, sell, participate or otherwise transfer all or any portion of its rights and benefits under the Loan Documents (including this Agreement) without the consent of the Subordinated Creditor. This Agreement shall extend to and inure to the benefit of each of the Senior Leaders and their respective successors and permitted assigns.

Assignment by Lenders. The Subordinated Creditor acknowledges and agrees that each of the Senior Lenders Lender shall have the right to assign, sell, participate or otherwise transfer all or any portion of its rights and benefits under the Loan Documents (including this Agreement) without the consent of the Subordinated Creditor. Without limitation to the foregoing, this Agreement) without Agreement shall be binding upon the consent respective successors and assigns of the Subordinated Creditor. This Agreement shall extend to Creditor and inure to the benefit of each of the Senior Leaders and their respective successors and permitted assignsBorrower.
