Common use of Assignment by Landlord Clause in Contracts

Assignment by Landlord. In the event of the sale or lease by the Landlord of the Development or any part thereof, or the assignment by the Landlord of this Lease or any interest of the Landlord hereunder, and to the extent that such purchaser or assignee assumes the Landlord’s Covenants, the Landlord shall, thereupon and without further agreement, be freed and relieved of all liability with respect to the Landlord’s Covenants.

Assignment by Landlord. In the event of the sale or lease by the Landlord of its interest in the Development Premises or any part or parts thereof, or and in conjunction therewith the assignment by the Landlord of this Lease or any interest of the Landlord hereunder, and to the extent that such purchaser or assignee assumes the Landlord’s Covenantsherein, the Landlord shall, thereupon and without further agreement, shall be freed and relieved of all any liability with under this Lease in respect to the Landlord’s Covenantsof matters arising from and after such assignment.

Assignment by Landlord. In the event of the sale or lease by the Landlord of the Development Development, or any part thereof, or the assignment by the Landlord of this Lease or any interest of the Landlord hereunder, and to the extent that such purchaser or assignee assumes the Landlord’s Covenantscovenants and obligations of the Landlord hereunder, the Landlord shall, thereupon and without further agreement, be freed and relieved of all liability with respect to the Landlord’s Covenantssuch covenants and obligations.

Assignment by Landlord. In the event of the sale sale, lease or lease by the Landlord other transfer of the Development Building or any part thereofof the Building by the Landlord, or the assignment by the Landlord of this Lease or any interest of the Landlord hereunder, and to the extent that such purchaser the purchaser, tenant or assignee assumes the Landlord’s Covenantsobligations of the Landlord hereunder, the Landlord shall, thereupon and without further agreement, be freed and relieved of all liability with respect to the Landlord’s Covenantssuch obligations.

Assignment by Landlord. In the event of the sale or lease by the Landlord of the Development Building or any part thereof, thereof or the assignment by the Landlord of this Lease or any interest of the Landlord hereunder, and only to the extent that such purchaser or assignee assumes the Landlord’s Covenantscovenants and obligations of the Landlord hereunder, the Landlord shall, thereupon and without further agreement, be freed and relieved of all liability with respect to the Landlord’s Covenantssuch covenants and obligation.

In the event of the sale or lease by the Landlord of its interest in the Development Lands or Building or any part thereof, or parts thereof and in conjunction therewith the assignment by the Landlord of this Lease or any interest of the Landlord hereunder, and to the extent that such purchaser or assignee assumes the Landlord’s Covenantsherein, the Landlord shall, thereupon and without further agreement, shall be freed and relieved of all liability with respect to under this Lease accruing from and after the Landlord’s Covenantseffective date of any such assignment.

In the event of the sale or lease by the Landlord of the Development building or any part thereof, or the assignment by the Landlord of this Lease or any interest of the Landlord hereunder, and to the extent that such purchaser or assignee assumes the Landlord’s Covenantscovenants and obligations of the Landlord hereunder, the Landlord shall, thereupon and without further agreement, agreement be freed and relieved of all liability with respect to the Landlord’s Covenantssuch covenants and obligations.

In the event of the sale or lease by the Landlord of its interest in the Development Lands or Building or any part thereofor parts thereof and, or in conjunction therewith, the assignment by the Landlord of this Lease or any interest of the Landlord hereunder, and to the extent that such purchaser or assignee assumes the Landlord’s Covenantsherein, the Landlord shall, thereupon and without further agreement, shall be freed and relieved of all any liability with respect to the Landlord’s Covenantsunder this Lease.

Assignment by Landlord. In the event of the sale or lease by the Landlord of its interest in the Development Lands or Building or any part thereof, or parts thereof and in conjunction therewith the assignment by the Landlord of this Lease or any interest of the Landlord hereunderherein, and the Landlord shall be relieved of all liability under this Lease, to the extent that such the purchaser or assignee assumes transferee agrees with the Landlord to assume the Landlord’s Covenants, the Landlord shall, thereupon and without further agreement, be freed and relieved of all liability with respect to the Landlord’s Covenants's obligations under this Lease.

Assignment by Landlord. In the event of the sale sale, lease or lease other transfer by the Landlord of its interest in the Development Lands or Building or any part thereof, or parts thereof and in conjunction therewith the assignment by the Landlord of this Lease or any interest of the Landlord hereunder, and to the extent that such purchaser or assignee assumes the Landlord’s Covenantsherein, the Landlord shall, thereupon and without further agreement, shall be freed and relieved of all any liability with respect to the Landlord’s Covenantsunder this Lease.

In the event of the sale or lease by the Landlord of its interest in the Development Property or any part or parts thereof, or and in conjunction therewith the assignment by the Landlord of this Lease or any interest of the Landlord hereunder, and to the extent that such purchaser or assignee assumes the Landlord’s Covenantsherein, the Landlord shall, thereupon and without further agreement, shall be freed and relieved of all any liability with under this Lease in respect to the Landlord’s Covenantsof matters arising from and after such assignment.
