Common use of Assignment by Landlord Clause in Contracts

Assignment by Landlord. Landlord shall have the unrestricted right to sell, lease, convey, encumber or otherwise dispose of the Office Building or any part thereof and this Lease or any interest of the Landlord in this Lease. To the extent that the purchaser, assignee or secured party from Landlord assumes the obligations of Landlord under this Lease, Landlord shall thereupon and without further agreement be released of all liability under this Lease.

Assignment by Landlord. The Landlord shall have the unrestricted right to sell, lease, convey, encumber convey or otherwise dispose of the Office Building all or any part thereof and of the Building or Lands or this Lease or any interest of the Landlord in this Lease. To the extent that the purchaser, purchaser or assignee or secured party from the Landlord assumes the obligations of the Landlord under this Lease, the Landlord shall thereupon and without further agreement be released of from all liability under this Lease.

Assignment by Landlord. Assignment by Landlord. The Landlord shall have the unrestricted right to sell, lease, convey, encumber convey or otherwise dispose of the Office Building all or any part thereof and of its interest in any or all of the Properties or this Lease or any interest of the Landlord in this LeaseLease to any affiliate of the Landlord or any corporation affiliated with McCain Foods Limited. To the extent that the purchaser, purchaser or assignee or secured party from the Landlord assumes the obligations of the Landlord under this Lease, the Landlord shall thereupon and without further agreement be released of all liability under this Lease.

Assignment by Landlord. Landlord shall have the unrestricted right to sell, lease, convey, encumber mortgage, pledge, encumber, hypothecate or otherwise transfer or dispose of the Office Building all or any part thereof portion of the Project and this Lease or any interest of the Landlord in this Lease. To the extent that the purchaser, purchaser or assignee or secured party from Landlord assumes the obligations of Landlord under this Lease, Landlord shall thereupon and without further agreement be released of all further liability under this Lease.

Assignment by Landlord. The Landlord shall have the unrestricted right to sell, transfer, lease, convey, encumber charge or otherwise dispose of the Office Building all or any part thereof and this Lease of its interest in the Development or any interest of the Landlord in this Lease. To In the event of any sale, transfer, lease, charge or other disposition and to the extent that the purchaser, assignee or secured party from of the Landlord’s interest in this Lease agrees with the Landlord assumes to assume the obligations of the Landlord under this Lease, the Landlord shall thereupon thereupon, and without further agreement agreement, be released of all liability under this Lease.
