Common use of Assignment by Landlord Clause in Contracts

Assignment by Landlord. At any time, Landlord may sell its interest in the Premises or assign this Lease or Landlord’s reversion hereunder, either absolutely or as security for a loan, without the necessity of obtaining Tenant’s consent or permission, but any such sale or assignment shall be at all times subject to this Lease and the rights of Tenant hereunder.
