Common use of Assignment and Succession Clause in Contracts

Assignment and Succession. This Agreement shall be binding upon and shall operate for the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective legal representatives, legatees, distributees, heirs, successors and assigns. The rights and obligations of the Company under this Agreement may be assigned to and shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon its successors and assigns. The Executive acknowledges that the services he renders pursuant to this Agreement are unique and personal. Accordingly, the Executive may not delegate or assign any of his duties hereunder.
