Common use of Assets and Properties Clause in Contracts

Assets and Properties. (a) The Borrower and each of its Restricted Subsidiaries has legal title to all of its material assets and properties (tangible and intangible, real or personal) owned by it or (ii) a valid leasehold interest in all of its material leased assets, except, in the case of (i) and (ii), for minor defects in title that do not interfere with its ability to conduct its business as currently conducted, and all such assets and property are free and clear of all Liens, except Liens permitted under Section 7.03(b).
