Common use of Asset Management Fee Clause in Contracts

Asset Management Fee. Commencing on the date hereof, for the asset management services included in the services described in Section 4.3(a), the Company shall pay the Advisor a monthly Asset Management Fee in an amount equal to one-twelfth of 1% of the Average Invested Assets. The Advisor may elect to receive the Asset Management Fee, in whole or in part, in OP Units of the Operating Partnership or shares of the Company.

Asset Management Fee. Commencing on the date hereof, the Company shall pay the Advisor an Asset Management Fee in an amount up to one-twelfth of 0.75% of the Average Invested Assets, calculated on a monthly basis as of the last day of each month for the asset management services included in the services described in Section 4.3(a), the Company shall pay the Advisor a monthly Asset Management Fee in an amount equal to one-twelfth of 1% of the Average Invested Assets. The Advisor may elect to receive the Asset Management Fee, in whole or in part, in OP Units of the Operating Partnership or shares of the Company4.3.
