Common use of Asset Management Fee Clause in Contracts

Asset Management Fee. Asset management fee payable quarterly in arrears equal to an annualized rate of 0.85%, which, beginning on the First NAV Reporting Date, will be based on the Company’s NAV, as calculated pursuant to Section 5.12, at the end of each prior semi-annual period (or such other period as determined by the Manager in its sole discretion, but no less frequently than annually), and which cannot exceed an annualized rate of 1.00%.
