Asbestos eradication. Employees engaged in work involving the removal or any other method of neutralisation of any material which consist of, or contain asbestos shall be paid, in addition to the rates prescribed, $1.64 per hour worked in lieu of special rates prescribed in this Agreement with the exception of Hot Work, Cold Work and Service Work.
Asbestos eradication. (i) This sub-clause will apply to employees engaged in the process of asbestos eradication on the performance of work within the scope of this Agreement.
Asbestos eradication. (a) Application – Clause 9.1.2 will apply to employees engaged in the process of asbestos eradication on the performance of work within the scope of this Agreement;

Any FTM involved in asbestos eradication or removal shall receive a rate of pay equivalent to not less than that of lagger and a special rate of $1.48 per hour in lieu of all other special rates prescribed in this clause with the exception of Hot, Cold and Swing Scaffold.
