SERVICE XXXX USE A. Controlled Affiliate recognizes the importance of a comprehensive national network of independent BCBSA licensees which are committed to strengthening the Licensed Marks and Name. The Controlled Affiliate further recognizes that its actions within its Service Area may affect the value of the Licensed Marks and Name nationwide.
Raw Materials Catalent shall be responsible for procuring, inspecting and releasing adequate Raw Materials as necessary to meet the Firm Commitment, unless otherwise agreed to by the parties in writing. Unless a particular Raw Material can be replaced with the same raw material from another supplier, Catalent shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of Product if (1) Catalent is unable to obtain, in a timely manner, a particular Raw Material necessary to Process the Product, and (2) Catalent placed orders for such Raw Materials promptly following receipt of Client’s Firm Commitment.
Service Specification The Parties have agreed upon the scope and specification of the Services provided under this Service Agreement in the Service Specification.
ODUF Packing Specifications 6.3.1 A pack will contain a minimum of one message record or a maximum of 99,999 message records plus a pack header record and a pack trailer record. One transmission can contain a maximum of 99 packs and a minimum of one pack.
GENERAL SERVICE DESCRIPTION Service Provider will perform Accounts Payable, Supplier Payment and Sales and Use Tax Services for Service Receiver. Service Receiver and its Subsidiaries will utilize the Service Provider’s resources based on the functionality, processes, input and output screens and documents that support the Service Provider’s business and business processes in the twelve months prior to the Distribution Date.
Student Data to Be Provided In order to perform the Services described in this Article and Exhibit “A”, LEA shall provide the categories of data described in the Schedule of Data, attached hereto as Exhibit “B”.
Solicitations for Subcontracts, Including Procurement of Materials and Equipment In all solicitations either by competitive bidding or negotiation made by the Local Government for work to be performed under a subcontract, including procurement of materials or leases of equipment, each potential subcontractor or supplier will be notified by the Local Government of the Local Government’s obligations under this Agreement and the Acts and Regulations relative to Nondiscrimination on the grounds of race, color, or national origin.
TOOLING In no event shall Buyer have any interest in any tools, jigs, dies, patterns, etc. (collectively, “Tooling”) which is made or obtained for the production of the Deliverables. Such Tooling shall remain the property of Seller.

Consumables Hardware Support does not include the delivery, return, replacement, or installation of supplies or other consumable items (including, but not limited to, operating supplies, magnetic media, print heads, ribbons, toner, and batteries) unless otherwise stated in a Transaction Document.
