Artwork and Packaging. Client shall provide or approve, prior to the procurement of applicable components, all artwork, advertising and packaging information necessary to Process the Product. Such artwork, advertising and packaging information is and shall remain the exclusive property of Client, and Client shall be solely responsible for the content thereof. Such artwork, advertising and packaging information or any reproduction thereof may not be used by Catalent following the termination of this Agreement, or during the Term of this Agreement in any manner other than solely for the purpose of performing its obligations hereunder.
Artwork and Packaging. Mylan shall provide or approve, prior to the procurement of applicable components, all artwork, advertising and Packaging information necessary to process or Package the Product. Such artwork, advertising and Packaging is and shall remain the exclusive property of Mylan, and Mylan shall be solely responsible for the content thereof. Such artwork, advertising and Packaging information or any reproduction thereof may not be used by Insys or by the Third Party Manufacturer following the termination of this Agreement, or during the Term of this Agreement in any manner other than solely for the purpose of performing obligations pursuant to this Agreement.
Artwork and Packaging. Licensee shall, in its discretion, develop such Packaging, informative booklets, sales catalogues and/or sales sheets as it deems necessary in order to promote and sell the Licensed Products. Licensor shall provide Licensee with ArtWork and Packaging already developed and prepared by Licensor, if any.

Such artwork, advertising and packaging information is and shall remain the exclusive property of Client, and Client shall be solely responsible for the content thereof. Such artwork, advertising and packaging information or any reproduction thereof may not be used by PCI in any manner other than performing its obligations hereunder. PCI requires no less than ninety (90) calendar days’ notice of changes in artwork, advertising and packaging information; provided, however, that PCI will work with Client in good faith to expedite copy changes on a quicker basis. If Client provides PCI with less notice of changes in artwork, advertising and packaging information, PCI shall not be responsible for any delay in the delivery of Packaged Products to which such changes apply.
Artwork and Packaging. CPP shall provide, prior to the procurement of applicable Materials, all artwork, advertising and packaging information necessary for sanofi-aventis to perform the Services. Sanofi-aventis does not represent or warrant that Products’ packaging or labeling complies with Applicable Laws in the Territory. Such artwork, advertising and packaging information is and shall remain the exclusive property of CPP, and CPP shall be solely responsible for the content thereof. Such artwork, advertising and packaging information or any reproduction thereof may not be used by sanofi-aventis following the termination of this Agreement, or during the Term of this Agreement in any manner other to perform Services.
Artwork and Packaging. Customer shall provide or approve, prior to the procurement of applicable components, all artwork and packaging information necessary to Package the Final Product. Customer shall provide artwork for all printed materials (e.g., blister design, cartons, labels and leaflets) at least [***] prior to the placement of the respective Purchase Order. In case of changes in the artworks, text of the package inserts or labeling, Customer shall compensate Supplier [***]. Supplier shall be notified of all changes specific to artworks, package inserts or labeling sufficiently in advance of implementation to allow time for process documentation changes and stock control. Any artwork, advertising and packaging information is and shall remain the exclusive property of Customer, and Customer shall be solely responsible for the content thereof and hold Supplier harmless against any third party claims arising from the use of such artwork etc. in the provision of services hereunder. Such artwork and packaging information or any reproduction thereof may not be used by Supplier following the termination of this Agreement, or during the Term of this Agreement in any manner other than solely for the purpose of performing its obligations hereunder.
Artwork and Packaging. Targanta shall provide or approved, prior to the procurement of applicable components, all artwork, advertising and packaging information necessary to Process the Product. Such artwork, advertising and packaging information is and shall remain the exclusive property of Targanta, and Targanta shall be solely responsible for the content thereof. Such artwork, advertising and packaging information or any reproduction thereof may not be used by Cardinal Health following the termination of this Agreement, or during the Term of this Agreement in any manner other than solely for the purpose of performing its obligations hereunder.
Artwork and Packaging. Inspire shall provide or approve, prior to the procurement of applicable components, all artwork, advertising and packaging information necessary to Process the Product. Such artwork, advertising and packaging information is and shall remain the exclusive property of Inspire, and Inspire shall be solely responsible for the content thereof. Such artwork, advertising and packaging information or any reproduction thereof may not be used by Catalent following the termination of this Agreement, or during the Term of this Agreement in any manner other than solely for the purpose of performing its obligations hereunder.

Such artwork, advertising and packaging information is and shall remain the exclusive property of Client, and Client shall be solely responsible for the content thereof. Such artwork, advertising and packaging information or any reproduction thereof may not be used by Catalent in any manner other than performing its obligations hereunder. For the avoidance of doubt, (i) Client shall have the right to modify, update or otherwise change any such artwork, advertising and packaging information in its sole discretion, provided Client notifies Catalent of the same as set forth in Section 8.1 and provides Catalent with all necessary materials with respect thereto, and any such modification, update or change shall be considered a change in the Specification (and, in particular, the Packaging Specification), including for purposes of 3.6 below. Client must obtain Catalent’s prior written consent prior to utilizing Catalent’s name on any packaging.
Artwork and Packaging. Cubist shall provide or approve, prior to the procurement of applicable components, all artwork, and packaging information necessary to Process the Product. Such artwork and packaging information is and shall remain the exclusive property of Cubist, and Cubist shall be solely responsible for the content thereof. Cardinal Health agrees not to use such artwork, advertising and packaging information or any reproduction thereof following the termination of this Agreement, or during the Term of this Agreement in any manner other than solely for the purpose of performing its obligations hereunder.
