Article Applicable to Paying Agents. In case at any time any Paying Agent other than the Trustee shall have been appointed by the Company and be then acting hereunder, the term “Trustee” as used in this Article shall in such case (unless the context otherwise requires) be construed as extending to and including such Paying Agent within its meaning as fully for all intents and purposes as if such Paying Agent were named in this Article in addition to or in place of the Trustee; provided, however, that Section 1213 shall not apply to the Company, any Subsidiary Guarantor or any Affiliate of the Company if it or such Subsidiary Guarantor or Affiliate acts as Paying Agent.

In case If at any time any Paying Agent other than the Trustee shall have been appointed by the Company and be then acting hereunder, the term “Trustee” as used in this Article XIV shall in such case (unless the context otherwise requires) be construed as extending to and including such Paying Agent within its meaning as fully for all intents and purposes as if such Paying Agent were named in this Article XIV in addition to or in place of the Trustee; provided, however, that Section 1213 Sections 14.8 and 14.11 shall not apply to the Company, any Subsidiary Guarantor or any Affiliate of the Guarantor if the Company if it or such Subsidiary Guarantor or Affiliate acts as Paying Agent.

Article Applicable to Paying Agents. In case at any time any Paying Agent other than the Trustee shall have been appointed by the Company and be then acting hereunderunder the Indenture, the term “"Trustee” " as used in this Article Two shall in such case (unless the context otherwise requires) be construed as extending to and including such Paying Agent within its meaning as fully for all intents and purposes as if such Paying Agent were named in this Article Two in addition to or in place of the Trustee; provided, however, that Section 1213 2.26 of this Supplemental Indenture shall not apply to the Company, any Subsidiary a Guarantor or any Affiliate of the Company such Guarantor if it or such Subsidiary Guarantor or Affiliate acts as Paying Agent.

In case If at any time any Paying Agent other than the Trustee shall have been appointed by the Company and be then acting hereunder, the term “Trustee” as used in this Article 3 shall in such case (unless the context otherwise requires) be construed as extending to and including such Paying Agent within its meaning as fully for all intents and purposes as if such Paying Agent were named in this Article 3 in addition to or in place of the Trustee; provided, however, provided that Section 1213 Sections 3.8 and 3.11 shall not apply to the Company, any Subsidiary a Guarantor or any Affiliate of the Company or a Guarantor if it the Company, such Guarantor or such Subsidiary Guarantor or Affiliate acts as Paying Agent.

In case If, at any time any Paying Agent other than the Trustee shall have been appointed by the Company and be then acting hereunder, the term “Trustee” as used in this Article VII shall in such case (unless the context otherwise requires) be construed as extending to and including such Paying Agent within its meaning as fully for all intents and purposes as if such Paying Agent were named in this Article VII in addition to or in place of the Trustee; provided, however, that Section 1213 712 shall not apply to the Company or any Affiliate of the Company, any Subsidiary or a Guarantor or any Affiliate of such Guarantor, if the Company, such Guarantor or any such Affiliate of the Company if it or such Subsidiary Guarantor or Affiliate acts as Paying Agent.
