Common use of Arranging Clause in Contracts

Arranging. the art of making an arrangement of an already written composition for presentation in other than its original form. An arrangement shall include re- harmonization, paraphrasing and/or development of a composition so that it fully represents the melodic, harmonic and rhythmic structures and is in complete score form.
