Arranging for Official Time. Each time a Union representative uses official time under the Agreement, he/she must receive advanced concurrence for the use of official time from his/her immediate supervisor or designee. When the Union representative returns to the worksite after using official time under this Article, he/she must inform the supervisor of the amount of time used. Work requirements take precedence in the scheduling and use of time. The Union official may establish a regular schedule for time used under section 5.2 with the approval of the supervisor.

  • Official Time Duty time that is granted to representatives on behalf of the exclusive representative to perform representational functions without loss of pay or charge to an employee’s leave account. Official time will not be granted for internal union business, as defined by 5 USC 7131(b).

  • Official Notices Notices to either party shall be provided by personal delivery or by depositing them in the United States mail, first class postage prepaid, and addressed as identified on the signature page of this Agreement. Either party may give written notice of a change of mailing address for all purposes under this Agreement.

  • VISIBILITY OF FUNDING FROM THE OFFICIAL DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE Unless the SAIDC requests or agrees otherwise, any communication or publication made by the Final Beneficiary that relates to the action, including at conferences, seminars or in any information or promotional materials (such as brochures, leaflets, posters, presentations in electronic form, etc.), including tangible assets acquired from the project must: (a) indicate that the action has received funding from the Official Development Assistance, SlovakAid and (b) display the SlovakAid logo. When displayed in association with another logo, the SlovakAid logo must have appropriate prominence. The obligation to display the SlovakAid logo does not confer on the Final Beneficiary a right of exclusive use. The Final Beneficiary may not appropriate the SlovakAid logo or any similar trademark or logo, either by registration or by any other means. For the purposes of the first, second and third subparagraphs and under the conditions specified therein, the Final Beneficiary may use the SlovakAid logo without first obtaining permission from the SAIDC.

  • DIPLOMATIC AND CONSULAR OFFICIALS Nothing in this Agreement shall affect the fiscal privileges of diplomatic or consular officials under the general rules of international law or under the provisions of special agreements.

  • Publication of the Agreement Copies of this Agreement shall be made available to all members of the appropriate unit by posting the Agreement on the District’s website within thirty (30) working days after the Agreement is executed.
