BNY AS A FOREIGN CUSTODY MANAGER 1. The Fund on behalf of its Board hereby delegates to BNY with respect to each Specified Country the Responsibilities.
Eligibility for Promotion An employee in the classification of Police Officer must have a minimum of five (5) years service in the classification of Lincoln Police Officer as of March 1 of the testing year to be eligible to test for the classification of Sergeant.
Leave for Writing Examinations Leave of absence with pay shall be granted to allow employees time to write examinations for courses approved by the Employer. Employees shall advise the Employer of the time and place of the examination when they are made aware of the time and place.
