Area Taken Sample Clauses

Area Taken. If all or any part of the Complex is taken for public or quasi-public use by the right of eminent domain or transferred as a result of the threat of exercise of the right of eminent domain, referred to as a “Taking,” this License as to the area taken shall cease and terminate effective the date the condemning authority acquired possession of the area taken.
