Common use of Area Restrictions Clause in Contracts

Area Restrictions. Each Member and Participating Vessel agrees that it 28 shall not fish commercially with gear that is capable of harvesting Groundfish outside the 29 Gulf of Maine Regulated Mesh Area (RMA), the Inshore Georges Bank RMA or the 00 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxx XXX, as identified in the Harvesting Rules set forth in Exhibit C 31 hereto.
