ARCHITECTURE MAINTENANCE. In consideration of the grant of rights set forth in section 2.1.3., above, WEITEK shall pay MIPS [*] per year in advance for architecture maintenance. Architecture Maintenance is provided to Weitek at no cost for the first 12 months from the date of delivery of deliverables in Exhibit A, and if applicable in Exhibit B. Weitek is under no obligation to buy support thereafter.
ARCHITECTURE MAINTENANCE. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and upon payment of the fees set forth in Section 3.3, below, MIPS shall provide WEITEK with corrections and modifications to the Exhibit A deliverables and, if applicable, the Exhibit B deliverables, for the Designated Process Technology which MIPS makes available in the ordinary course of business to its licensees.
