Common use of Architect’s Review Clause in Contracts

Architect’s Review. After receipt of written notice from Contractor, the Architect will promptly review the pertinent condition, determine the necessity of Owner's obtaining additional exploration or tests with respect thereto, and advise Owner in writing (with a copy to Contractor) of Architect's findings and conclusions.

After receipt of written notice from Demolition Contractor, the Architect will promptly review the pertinent condition, determine the necessity of Owner's obtaining additional exploration or tests with respect thereto, and advise Owner in writing (with a copy to Demolition Contractor) of Architect's findings and conclusions.
