Common use of Archeological Sites Clause in Contracts

Archeological Sites. In the event any unanticipated sites or remains such as shell, bone or charcoal deposits, human burials, rock or coral alignments, pavings, or walls are found on the Premises, Lessee and Lessee’s agents, employees and representatives shall immediately stop all land utilization and/or work and contact the Hawaii State Historic Preservation Division (SHPD) at 587‑0047 in compliance with Chapter 6E, Hawaii Revised Statutes as the same may be amended.
