Arbitration Awards. The arbitrators shall render their award on or before the thirtieth (30th) day following the last session of the hearing fully resolving all Claims that are the subject of the Arbitration. The award shall be in writing, shall give reasons for the decision(s) reached by the arbitrators and shall be signed and dated by the arbitrators, and a copy of the award shall be delivered to each of the Dispute Parties. A Party against which the award assesses a monetary obligation or enters an injunctive order shall pay that obligation or comply with that order on or before the thirtieth (30th) calendar day following the receipt of the award or by such other date as the award may provide. Any award of the arbitrators shall be consistent with the limitations and terms of this Agreement. The arbitrators' award may be confirmed in, and judgment upon the award entered by, any court having jurisdiction over the Parties.
