April - June. 7.2 The Employer shall keep a record of the year-end assessment meetings; 7.3 Performance feedback shall be based on the Employer’s assessment of the Employee’s performance; 7.4 The Employer will be entitled to review and make reasonable changes to the provisions of Annexure A from time to time for operational reasons. The Employee will be fully consulted before any such change is made; and 7.5 The Employer may amend the provisions of Annexure A whenever the performance management system is adopted, implemented and/or amended as the case may be. April - June. Universityof Northern British Columbia TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT DURING POSTING AND SELECTION PROCESS Prior to selecting a candidate to fill the position and subject to the specific provisions of this Agreement, the University may the position with a casual employee or may reassign an existing employee to the position not to exceed two (2) months. EXTERNAL RECRUITING AND ADVERTISING The University will not advertise vacant positions externally until the applications of regular, term, and casual employees have been considered and a decision made that they do not have the required education, knowledge and experience. Where there is an internal candidate who possesses the required education, skill, knowledge and experience for the position, the position will be awarded to that internal applicant. April - June. Discussion sessions for economic issues and any remaining non-economic issues shall proceed. All discussions shall conclude for the year on or before June 21st. After April 1 and before May 1, any employee group dissatisfied with the progress of the meet-and-confer sessions may present their views directly to the city council at a work session meeting. The council shall meet at least once with the employee group requesting the opportunity of presenting its views directly to the city council.

Time spent in training will be considered time worked but shall not result in the payment of overtime.
