Common use of Approved Working Drawings Clause in Contracts

Approved Working Drawings. The Final Working Drawings shall be approved by Landlord (the “Approved Working Drawings”) prior to the commencement of construction of the Premises by Tenant. After approval by Landlord of the Final Working Drawings, Tenant may submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities for all applicable building permits. Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld.

Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Expansion Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld.

Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s 's consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s 's responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld.

Approved Working Drawings. The Final Working Drawings shall be approved by Landlord (the “Approved Working Drawings”) prior to the commencement of construction of the Premises Tenant Improvements and Compliance Work by Tenant. After approval by Landlord of the Final Working Drawings, Tenant may submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities City of San Francisco for all applicable building permits. Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.

Approved Working Drawings. The Final Working Drawings for the applicable Construction Premises shall be approved by Landlord (the “Approved Working Drawings”) prior to the commencement of construction of the such Construction Premises by Tenant. After approval by Landlord of the Final Working DrawingsDrawings for such applicable Construction Premises, Tenant may shall promptly submit the same to the appropriate municipal governmental authorities for all applicable building permits. Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the such applicable Construction Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings for such applicable Construction Premises may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may shall not be unreasonably withheld.

Approved Working Drawings. The Final Working Drawings shall be Drawings, as approved by Landlord (Lessor, are hereinafter referred to as the “Approved Working Drawings”) prior .” Lessee shall obtain all applicable permits from the City of Redwood City necessary to complete the commencement of construction of tenant improvements in substantial conformance with the Premises by Tenant. After approval by Landlord of the Final Approved Working Drawings, Tenant may submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities for all applicable building permits. Tenant Lessee hereby agrees that neither Landlord Lessor nor LandlordLessor’s consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises and that obtaining the same shall be TenantLessee’s responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord Lessor shall cooperate with Tenant Lessee in a timely manner in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant Lessee to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings which will require a permit or other governmental approval may be made without the prior written consent of LandlordLessor, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.

Approved Working Drawings. The Final Working Drawings shall be approved by Landlord (the “Approved Working Drawings”) prior to the commencement of construction of the Premises by Tenant. After approval (or deemed approval) by Landlord of the Final Working Drawings, Tenant may submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities for all applicable building permits. Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Additional Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld.

Approved Working Drawings. The Final Working Drawings shall be approved by Landlord (the “Approved Working Drawings”) prior to the commencement of construction of the Suite 400 Expansion Premises by Tenant. After approval (or deemed approval) by Landlord of the Final Working Drawings, Tenant may submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities for all applicable building permits. Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Suite 400 Expansion Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld.

Approved Working Drawings. The Final Working Drawings shall be approved by Landlord (the “Approved Working Drawings”) prior to the commencement of construction of the applicable 6310 Expansion Premises by Tenant. After approval by Landlord of the Final Working Drawings, Tenant may shall submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities for all applicable building permits. Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the applicable 6310 Expansion Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent provided, however, that Landlord may not be unreasonably withheldonly disapprove of any such change to the extent the necessary to eliminate a Design Problem (as requested and approved, a “Tenant Change”).

Approved Working Drawings. The Final Working Drawings shall be approved by Landlord (the “Approved Working Drawings”) prior to the commencement of construction of the Premises by Tenant. After approval by Landlord of the Final Working Drawings, Tenant may submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities for all applicable building permitspermits (the “Permits”). Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld.

No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.

Approved Working Drawings. The Final Working Drawings shall be approved (or deemed approved) by Landlord (the “Approved Working Drawings”) prior to the commencement of construction in the applicable portion of the Premises by Tenant. After approval by Landlord Concurrently with Tenant’s delivery of the Final Working DrawingsDrawings to Landlord for Landlord’s approval, Tenant may submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities for all applicable building permits. Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for such portion of the Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed.

Approved Working Drawings. The Final Working Drawings shall be approved by Landlord (pursuant to the “Approved Working Drawings”) terms of Section 3.3, above, prior to the commencement of construction of the Premises by Tenant. After approval by Landlord of the The Final Working Drawings, Tenant may submit as so approved, are referred to herein as the same to the appropriate municipal authorities for all applicable building permits“Approved Working Drawings”. Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and HCP LS REDWOOD CITY, LLC [Britannia Seaport Centre] [Relypsa, Inc.] EXHIBIT B performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed.

Approved Working Drawings. The Final Working Drawings shall be approved by Landlord (the “Approved Working Drawings”"APPROVED WORKING DRAWINGS") prior to the commencement of construction of the Premises by Tenant. After approval by Landlord of the Final Working Drawings, Tenant may shall submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities City of Redwood City for all applicable building permits. Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s 's consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s 's responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings other than to reflect changes which are within the discretion of Tenant hereunder may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned.

Approved Working Drawings. The Final Working Drawings shall be approved by Landlord (the “Approved Working Drawings”) prior to the commencement of construction of the Premises by Tenant. After approval by Landlord of the Final Working Drawings, Tenant may shall submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities for all applicable building permits. Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent provided, however, that Landlord may not be unreasonably withheldonly disapprove of any such change to the extent the necessary to eliminate a Design Problem (as requested and approved, a “Tenant Change”).

Approved Working Drawings. The Final Working Drawings shall be approved by Landlord Lessor (the “"Approved Working Drawings”") prior to the commencement of construction of the Premises by TenantLessee. After approval by Landlord Lessor of the Final Working Drawings, Tenant Lessee may submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities City in which the Project is located for all applicable building permits. Tenant Lessee hereby agrees that neither Landlord Lessor nor Landlord’s Lessor's consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s Lessee's responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord Lessor shall cooperate with Tenant Lessee in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant Lessee to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of LandlordLessor, which consent may shall not be unreasonably withheldwithheld and shall be granted or withheld (with written explanation of the reasons for withholding of consent) within three (3) business days following Lessor's receipt of Lessee's written request therefor.

Approved Working Drawings. The Final Working Drawings shall be approved by Landlord (the “"Approved Working Drawings”") prior to the commencement of construction of the Premises by Tenant. After approval by Landlord of the Final Working Drawings, Tenant may submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities for all applicable building permitspermits (the "Permits"). Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s 's consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s 's responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld.

Approved Working Drawings. The Final Working Drawings shall be approved by Landlord (the “Approved Working Drawings”) prior to the commencement of construction of the Premises by Tenant. Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s 's consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Remaining Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s 's responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed.

No changes, modifications or alterations in revisions to the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may shall not be unreasonably withheld.

Approved Working Drawings. The Final Working Drawings Landlord shall be approved approve (or disapprove) working drawings prepared by the Architect within ten (10) days after Landlord receives the final working drawings (the “Approved Working Drawings”) prior to the commencement of construction of the Premises by Tenant). After approval by Landlord of the Final Working Drawings, Tenant may shall submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities for applicable governmental agencies and diligently pursue its receipt of all applicable building permits. Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises Second Expansion Space and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld.

Approved Working Drawings. The Final Working Drawings shall be approved by Landlord (the “Approved Working Drawings”) prior to the commencement of construction of the Premises Expansion Space by Tenant. After approval by Landlord of the Final Working Drawings, Tenant may submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities Redwood City for all applicable building permits, if required. Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises Expansion Space and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld.

After approval by Landlord of the Final Working DrawingsTenant shall, Tenant may on or before October 19, 2010, submit the same Approved Working Drawings to the appropriate municipal authorities for all applicable building permits. Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld. Tenant shall use commercially reasonable efforts to procure all permits required in connection with the construction of the Improvements on or before November 15, 2010.

Approved Working Drawings. The Final Working Drawings shall be approved by Landlord (the “"Approved Working Drawings”") prior to the commencement of construction of the Premises by Tenant. After approval by Landlord Concurrently with Landlord's review of the Final Working Drawings, Tenant may submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities for all applicable building permits. Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s 's consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s 's responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld.

The Final Working Drawings shall be approved by Landlord FLUC (the “"Approved Working Drawings”") prior to the commencement of construction of the Suite 100 Expansion Premises by Tenant. After approval by Landlord FLUC of the Final Working Drawings, Tenant may submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities for all applicable building permits. Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord FLUC nor Landlord’s FLUC's consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Suite 100 Expansion Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s 's responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord FLUC shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of LandlordFLUC, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld.

No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld.

No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld.

Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s 's consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s 's responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the any Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed.

Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises property and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld.. Schedule 1

No changes, modifications or alterations in the any Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed.

No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld.

The Final Working Drawings for each Phase shall be approved by Landlord (the “"Approved Working Drawings”") prior to the commencement of construction of the Premises such Phase by Tenant. After approval by Landlord Concurrently with Tenant's delivery of the Final Working DrawingsDrawings to Landlord for Landlord's approval, Tenant may submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities for all applicable building permitspermits for such Phase. Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s 's consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s 's responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the any Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed.

Tenant Lessee hereby agrees that neither Landlord Lessor nor LandlordLessor’s consultants consultant shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises and that obtaining the same shall be TenantLessee’s responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord Lessor shall cooperate with Tenant Lessee in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant Lessee to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of LandlordLessor, which consent may shall not be unreasonably withheld.

Approved Working Drawings. The Final Working Drawings shall be approved by Landlord (the “Approved Working Drawings”) in accordance with Section 3.3 of this Work Letter prior to the commencement of construction of the Premises by Tenant. After approval by Landlord of the Final Working Drawings, Tenant may submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities for all applicable building permits. Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld.

Approved Working Drawings. The Final Working Drawings shall be approved by Landlord (the “"Approved Working Drawings”") prior to the commencement of construction of ACTIVE/117699601.1 the Premises Expansion Space by Tenant. After approval by Landlord of the Final Working Drawings, Tenant may shall promptly submit the same to the appropriate municipal governmental authorities for all applicable building permits. Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s 's consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises Expansion Space and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s 's responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may shall not be unreasonably withheld.

Approved Working Drawings. The Final Working Drawings Landlord shall be approved approve (or disapprove) working drawings prepared by the Design Professionals within five (5) days after Landlord receives the final working drawings (the “Approved Working Drawings”) prior to the commencement of construction of the Premises by Tenant). After approval by Landlord of the Final Working Drawings, Tenant may shall submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities for applicable governmental agencies and diligently pursue its receipt of all applicable building permits. Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld.

Approved Working Drawings. The Final Working Drawings shall be approved by Landlord (the “"Approved Working Drawings”") prior to the commencement of construction of the Premises Tenant Improvements by Tenant. After approval by Landlord of the Final Working Drawings, Tenant may submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities for all applicable building permits. Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s 's consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s 's responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations (other than minor deviations) in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.

Approved Working Drawings. The Notwithstanding anything in this Tenant Work Letter to the contrary, Tenant shall not commence (or allow the commencement of) the construction of the Tenant Improvements until the Final Working Drawings shall be are approved in writing by Landlord (the “Approved Working Drawings”) prior to the commencement of construction of the Premises by Tenant). After approval by Landlord of the Final Working Drawings, Tenant may submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities for all applicable building permits. Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.

No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed.

No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld.

No material changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed except to the extent necessary to eliminate a Design Problem.

Approved Working Drawings. The Final Working Drawings shall be approved by Landlord (the “Approved Working Drawings”) prior to the commencement of construction of the Premises by Tenant. After approval by Landlord of the Final Working Drawings, Tenant may shall promptly submit the same to the appropriate municipal governmental authorities for all applicable building permits. No material changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may shall not be unreasonably withheld., conditioned, or delayed. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld.

Tenant shall not commence construction until all required governmental permits are obtained. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.

Approved Working Drawings. The Final Working Drawings shall be approved (or, as set forth in Section 3.3, above, deemed approved) by Landlord (the “Approved Working Drawings”) prior to the commencement of construction of the Premises by Tenant. After approval by Landlord of the Final Working Drawings, Tenant may submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities for all applicable building permits. Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.

After approval by Landlord Lessor of the Final Working Drawings, Tenant may Lessee shall submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities City of Sunnyvale for all applicable building permits. Tenant Lessee hereby agrees that neither Landlord Lessor nor LandlordLessor’s consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises and that obtaining the same shall be TenantLessee’s responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord Lessor shall cooperate with Tenant Lessee in a timely manner in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant Lessee to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of LandlordLessor, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.

Approved Working Drawings. The Final Working Drawings shall be approved by Landlord (the “Approved Working Drawings”) prior to the commencement of construction of the Expansion Premises by Tenant. After approval by Landlord Concurrently with Tenant’s delivery of the Final Working DrawingsDrawings to Landlord for Landlord’s approval, Tenant may submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities for all applicable building permits. Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Expansion Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed.

Approved Working Drawings. The Final Working Drawings shall be approved by Landlord (the “"Approved Working Drawings”") prior to the commencement of construction of the Premises by Tenant. After approval by Landlord of the Final Working Drawings, Tenant may submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities for all applicable building permitspermits (the "Permits"). Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s 's consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s 's responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned.

Approved Working Drawings. The Notwithstanding anything in this Tenant Work Letter to the contrary, Tenant shall not commence (or allow the commencement of) the construction of the Tenant Improvements until the Final Working Drawings shall be are approved in writing by Landlord (the “"Approved Working Drawings”) prior to the commencement of construction of the Premises by Tenant"). After approval by Landlord of the Final Working Drawings, Tenant may submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities for all applicable building permits. Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s 's consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s 's responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor LandlordXxxxxxxx’s consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancypermit. No material changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.
