Approved Warehouses Clause Samples
The 'Approved Warehouses' clause defines which storage facilities are authorized for use under the agreement. It typically lists or references specific warehouses that meet certain standards or requirements, and may outline the process for designating or changing approved locations. This clause ensures that goods are stored only in vetted, reliable facilities, thereby reducing risks related to loss, damage, or non-compliance with contractual or regulatory obligations.
