Approved sub-processors. The data processor shall not be entitled – without the data controller’s explicit written authorisation – to engage a sub-processor for a ‘different’ processing than the one which has been agreed upon or have another sub-processor perform the described processing.
Approved sub-processors. 1.1 The following Sub-Processors shall be considered approved by the Data Controller at the time of entering into this Agreement:
Approved sub-processors. As of the Effective Date, Data Processor engages, as applicable, the following parties as Sub-Processors: 4Mation Technologies India Private Limited, Plat4mation B.V. and ServiceNow Nederland B.V. Data Processor will notify Data Controller of changes regarding such Sub-Processors through Data Processor’s customer support portal (or other mechanism used to notify its general customer base). Each Sub-Processor shall comply with the obligations of the Agreement in the Processing of the Personal Data.
Approved sub-processors. The data controller consents to give its general authorization for the data processor to en- gage Sub-processors to fulfill contractual obligations towards the data controller under this data processing agreement and the Master Agreement. Sub-processors may be used for the purpose of providing certain services such as support and hosting services or other services subject to fulfilling the data processor’s contractual ob- ligations. The Sub-processors engaged by the data processor to carry out processing activities on be- half of the data processor are listed on the data processor’s website at: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/subprocessors/ As regards to Sub-processors who provide hosting services, the data processor ensures that the hosting Sub-processor holds an ISO 27001 revision statement or other equivalent stand- ards, e.g. an ISAE 3402, or a type II revision statement on the basis of ISO 27001/2. Data processor has entered into data processing agreements with its Sub-processors sub- ject to the Sub-processors standard data processing terms which may not be based on these Clauses from the Danish Data Protection Agency.
