Common use of Approved Fund Clause in Contracts

Approved Fund. Any Fund that is administered or managed by (a) a Lender, (b) an Affiliate of a Lender or (c) an entity or an Affiliate of an entity that administers or manages a Lender. Asset Sale. Any one or series of related transactions in which the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries conveys, sells, leases, licenses or otherwise disposes of, directly or indirectly, any of its properties, businesses or assets (including the sale or issuance of capital stock of any Subsidiary other than to the Borrower or any Subsidiary of the Borrower) whether owned on the Closing Date or thereafter acquired.
