Common use of Approved Applications Clause in Contracts

Approved Applications. Applications approved prior to the effective date of this Title, or any amendment hereto, may be constructed or used in accordance with the conditions of approval therefore; provided, however, approval of any extension shall be governed by the provisions of Subsection C.3 below.
