Common use of Appropriation Clause in Contracts

Appropriation. (a) Each Party irrevocably waives any right to appropriate any payment to, or other sum received, recovered or held by, the Security Agent in or towards payment of any particular part of the Liabilities and agrees that the Security Agent shall have the exclusive right to do so.

Appropriation. (a) Each Party irrevocably waives any right to appropriate any payment to, or other sum received, recovered or held by, the Security Agent in or towards payment of any particular part of the Liabilities Debt and agrees that the Security Agent shall have the exclusive right to do so.

(a) 19.6.1 Each Party irrevocably waives any right to appropriate any payment to, or other sum received, recovered or held by, the Security Agent in or towards payment of any particular part of the Relevant Liabilities or Controlled Liabilities (as the case may be) and agrees that the Security Agent shall have the exclusive right to do so.

(a) 11.1 Each Party irrevocably waives any right to appropriate any payment to, or other sum received, recovered or held by, the Security Agent in or towards payment of any particular part of the Liabilities Debt and agrees that the Security Agent shall have the exclusive right to do so.

(a) Each Party irrevocably waives any right to appropriate any payment to, or other sum received, recovered or held by, the Security Agent Trustee in or towards payment of any particular part of the Liabilities and agrees that the Security Agent Trustee shall have the exclusive right to do so.

(a) Each Party irrevocably waives any right to appropriate any payment to, or other sum received, recovered or held by, the Security Agent Trustee in or towards payment of any particular part of the Liabilities Unpaid Sum and agrees that the Security Agent Trustee shall have the exclusive right to do so.
