Appropriate Data. Customer and End Users shall ensure that all data stored in Service Provider systems is consistent with all policies noted in this Agreement. Customer should be prepared to demonstrate that all data stored in Service Provider systems is directly related to the project authorized by this Agreement as detailed in Exhibit A. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with UC San Diego Minimum Network Connection Standards and all UCOP policies pertaining to IS Security unless the Customer has opted to purchase logical security and systems administration services from Service Provider.

  • Appropriate Safeguards BA shall implement appropriate safeguards to prevent the use or disclosure of Protected Information other than as permitted by the Contract or Addendum, including, but not limited to, administrative, physical and technical safeguards in accordance with the Security Rule, including, but not limited to, 45 C.F.R. Sections 164.308, 164.310, and 164.312. [45 C.F.R. Section 164.504(e)(2)(ii)(B); 45 C.F.R. Section 164.308(b)].
