Common use of Apprenticeship Training Clause in Contracts

Apprenticeship Training. The Company agrees to contribute fifteen cents ($.15) to the Alaska Joint Electrical Apprenticeship and Training Trust (“AJEA&TT”) per compensable hour for all employees in IBEW Journey and apprenticeable positions (Appendix V), except for hours worked by temporary employees described in Section 5.9.

Apprenticeship Training. The Company agrees to contribute fifteen ten cents ($.15.10) to the Alaska Joint Electrical Apprenticeship and Training Trust (“AJEA&TT”) per compensable hour for all employees in IBEW Journey and apprenticeable positions (Appendix V)worked by each bargaining unit worker, except for hours worked by temporary employees described in Section 5.92.7(c).
