Apprenticeship Labor. 46.2.1. Unless waived by the Salt Lake County Mayor or designee pursuant to Salt Lake County Ordinance §3.26.030(D), for all Qualifying Projects the Contractor shall use no less than 10 percent of the labor hours within each Trade be performed by Apprentices of that Trade.
