Common use of Appointment of Clause in Contracts

Appointment of. FP Markets as attorney 21.1 In consideration of FP Markets entering into these Terms, you irrevocably appoint FPMarketsandeachdirector,secretary and principal executive officer and each employee (which employee’s title of office includes the word “Manager” or “Head”) of FP Markets severally as your attorney at any time and from time to time following a Default, to execute and deliver all documents and to do all things which your attorney may consider necessary or desirable to give effect to the provisions of these Terms, and in particular, without limitation, in connection with, or incidental to, the exercise of any of the rights and powers of FPMarketsundertheseTerms. Thosepowers may be exercisedin the interests of FPMarkets notwithstanding any conflict with the interests of FP Markets. This appointment survives termination of these Terms.
