Common use of Appointment as Subadviser Clause in Contracts

Appointment as Subadviser. The Adviser hereby retains the SubAdviser to act as SubAdviser of the Fund to provide investment advice to the Fund as hereinafter set forth, subject to the supervision of the Adviser and the Board of Trustees of the Fund and subject to the terms of this Agreement; and the SubAdviser hereby accepts such employment.

Appointment as Subadviser. The Adviser hereby retains the SubAdviser Subadviser to act as SubAdviser of subadviser for the Fund to provide investment advice to the Fund as hereinafter set forthFund, subject to the supervision of the Adviser and the Board of Trustees Directors of the Fund Corporation and subject to the terms of this Agreement; , and the SubAdviser hereby accepts Subadviser agrees to accept such employment.

Appointment as Subadviser. The Adviser hereby retains the SubAdviser to act as SubAdviser of the Fund to provide investment advice to the Fund as hereinafter set forth, subject to the supervision of the Adviser and the Board of Trustees Directors of the Fund and subject to the terms of this Agreement; and the SubAdviser hereby accepts such employment.

In such capacity, the Subadviser shall be responsible for the Fund's investments.

The Adviser hereby retains the SubAdviser Subadviser to act as SubAdviser investment adviser for and to manage certain assets of the Fund to provide investment advice to the Fund as hereinafter set forth, Funds subject to the supervision of the Adviser and the Board respective Boards of Trustees Directors of the SBL Fund and Security Equity Fund and subject to the terms of this Agreement; and the SubAdviser Subadviser hereby accepts such employment. In such capacity, the Subadviser shall be responsible for each Fund's Investments.

Appointment as Subadviser. The Adviser hereby retains the SubAdviser Subadviser to act as SubAdviser investment adviser for and to manage assets of the Fund to provide investment advice to the Fund as hereinafter set forthFunds, subject to the supervision of the Adviser and Adviser, the Board of Trustees Directors of the such Fund and subject to the terms of this Agreement; , and the SubAdviser Subadviser hereby accepts such employment. In such capacity, the Subadviser shall be responsible for the Investments (as defined herein) of the Funds; provided that the Adviser reserves the authority to review, modify or reject Subadviser's investment recommendations with respect to the management of the Funds' Investments.

The Adviser hereby retains the SubAdviser Subadviser to act as SubAdviser investment adviser for and to manage certain assets of the Fund to provide investment advice to the Fund as hereinafter set forth, subject to the supervision of the Adviser and the Board of Trustees Directors of the Fund and subject to the terms of this Agreement; and the SubAdviser Subadviser hereby accepts such employment. In such capacity, the Subadviser shall be responsible for the Fund's Investments.

In such capacity, the Subadviser shall be responsible for such Fund's Investments.

Appointment as Subadviser. The Adviser hereby retains the SubAdviser Subadviser to act as SubAdviser investment adviser for and to manage certain assets of the Fund to provide investment advice to the Fund as hereinafter set forth, subject to the supervision of the Adviser and the Board of Trustees Directors of the SBL Fund and subject to the terms of this Agreement; and the SubAdviser Subadviser hereby accepts such employment. In such capacity, the Subadviser shall be responsible for the Fund's Investments. The Subadviser shall not be responsible for any services to the Fund or to bear any expenses other than those delineated in this Agreement.

Appointment as Subadviser. The Adviser hereby retains appoints the SubAdviser to act as SubAdviser of the Fund to provide investment advice to the Fund as hereinafter set forth, subject to the supervision of the Adviser and the Fund's Board of Trustees of the Fund and subject to the terms of this Agreement; and the SubAdviser hereby accepts such employmentappointment and agrees to furnish the services hereinafter set forth for the compensation herein provided.

In such capacity, the Subadviser shall be responsible for the Fund's Investments.

Appointment as Subadviser. The Adviser hereby retains appoints the SubAdviser Subadviser to act as SubAdviser of the Fund to provide investment advice subadviser to the Fund as hereinafter Fund, for the period and on the terms set forthforth in this Agreement, subject to the supervision of the Adviser and the Board of Trustees Directors of the Fund and subject to Corporation (the terms of this Agreement; “Board”), and the SubAdviser hereby accepts Subadviser agrees to accept such employmentappointment and agrees to render the services herein set forth, for the compensation herein provided.

The Subadviser hereby accepts such employment. In such capacity, the Subadviser shall be responsible for the Fund's Investments (as defined below).

The Subadviser hereby accepts such employment. In such capacity, the Subadviser shall be responsible for each Fund's Investments (as defined below).

Appointment as Subadviser. The Adviser hereby retains the SubAdviser Subadviser to act as SubAdviser investment adviser for and to manage certain assets of the Fund to provide investment advice to the Fund as hereinafter set forth, subject to the supervision of the Adviser and the Board of Trustees Directors of the Fund and subject to the terms of this Agreement; and the SubAdviser Subadviser hereby accepts such employment.

Appointment as Subadviser. The Adviser hereby retains the SubAdviser Subadviser to act as SubAdviser investment adviser for and to manage the portion of the Fund assets of the Funds as determined by the Adviser from time to provide investment advice to the Fund as hereinafter set forthtime, in each case subject to the supervision of the Adviser and the Board of Trustees Directors of the such Fund and subject to the terms of this Agreement; and the SubAdviser . The Subadviser hereby accepts such employment. In such capacity, the Subadviser shall be responsible for the portion of each Fund's Investments (as defined below) allocated to it by the Adviser.

Appointment as Subadviser. The Adviser hereby retains the SubAdviser Subadviser to act as SubAdviser investment adviser for and to manage the assets of the Fund to provide investment advice to the Fund as hereinafter set forthFund, subject to the supervision of the Adviser and the Board of Trustees of the Fund and subject to the terms of this Agreement; and the SubAdviser . The Subadviser hereby accepts such employment. In such capacity, the Subadviser shall be responsible for the Fund’s Investments (as defined below).

The Subadviser shall not be responsible for any services to the Fund or to bear any expenses other than those delineated in this Agreement.

The Adviser hereby retains the SubAdviser Subadviser to act as SubAdviser investment subadviser for each of the Fund Funds on whose behalf the Adviser executes an Exhibit to provide investment advice to the Fund as hereinafter set forththis Agreement, subject to the supervision of the Adviser and the Board of Trustees Directors of the Fund Corporation and subject to the terms of this Agreement; , and the SubAdviser hereby accepts Subadviser, by execution of each such employmentExhibit, agrees to accept such engagement.

Appointment as Subadviser. The Adviser hereby retains the SubAdviser Subadviser to act as SubAdviser investment adviser for and to manage certain assets of the Fund to provide investment advice to the Fund as hereinafter set forth, Funds subject to the supervision of the Adviser and the Board of Trustees of the Fund Trust and subject to the terms of this Agreement, and consistent with its fiduciary duties to each Fund; and the SubAdviser Subadviser hereby accepts such employment. In such capacity, the Subadviser shall be responsible for the Funds’ Investments (defined below).
