Appointment and Minimum Requirements. 2.1 Preliminary Application. ATC has completed and submitted to Autodesk the ATC Site Enrollment Form(s) confirming compliance with the ATC Program Guide requirements and the additional requirements appearing in the ATC Program Guide Supplement(s) selected by ATC in its ATC Site Enrollment Form(s), along with supporting documents, all upon which Autodesk has based its decision to enter into this Agreement. A copy of the approved ATC Site Enrollment Form(s) as completed by ATC is attached hereto as Exhibit A. Furthermore, the approved ATC Site Enrollment Form(s) as completed by ATC, The ATC Program Guide and the ATC Program Guide Supplement(s) selected by ATC in its ATC Site Enrollment Form(s), are incorporated hereto by reference.
