The Borrower and the Administrative Agent each hereby appoints the Custodian as document custodian of the Loan Files delivered to it for all Collateral Loans owned by the Borrower at any time during the term of this Agreement, on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement (which shall include any addendum hereto which is hereby incorporated herein and made a part of this Agreement), and the Custodian hereby accepts such appointment and agrees to perform the services and duties set forth in this Agreement with respect to it, subject to and in accordance with the provisions hereof.
